Each pipeline operator, upon finalization of an agreement to purchase or sell a jurisdictional gas pipeline facility subject to the provisions of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, Part 192 as of July 1, 2023, must, within 30 business days, submit to the commission's pipeline safety program a written notification of this agreement. This rule does not apply to any transaction made pursuant to SDCL 49-34A-35.
