Section 20:10:36:70 - Temporary disconnection due to unauthorized equipment modifications

If the interconnection customer makes any change other than minor equipment modifications without prior written authorization of the public utility, the public utility has the right to temporarily disconnect the small generator facility from the utility's EDS at any time and for as long as reasonably necessary.
