Section 20:10:32:20 - Request for negotiations

A telecommunications company requesting negotiations with an incumbent local exchange carrier pursuant to SDCL 49-31-81 shall notify the commission in writing of the request. The notice must identify the incumbent local exchange carrier and the date of the request.
