Section 20:10:30:09 - Termination if service no longer in public interest

If the commission, after notice and opportunity for hearing, determines that the service provided by the applicant pursuant to the assignment of the N11 dialing code is no longer in the public interest, the assignment is terminated as of the effective date of the commission's order and the N11 dialing code is available for reassignment.
