Section 20:10:24:14 - Reclassification - Variance from rules for filing complaints

The commission may permit variance from §§ 20:10:24:11 to 20:10:24:13, inclusive, if not contrary to law, for good cause shown or if it finds compliance to be impossible, impracticable, or unreasonable.
