Section 20:10:20:07 - Last minute payments

The customer has the right to pay any delinquent bill at any time prior to disconnection in order to preserve uninterrupted service. If the utility representative who enters the customer's premises to disconnect does not have the authority to collect bills, the representative shall arrange for payment and service shall not be disconnected.
