Section 20:10:13:21 - Authority must be noted on tariff for rate schedules filed on less than 30 days notice

When permission is granted to file a tariff or revision on less than 30 days notice, the words "Effective on less than 30 days notice by authority of the Public Utilities Commission of South Dakota, dated __________" must be written or printed on the tariff or revision.
