Section 20:10:06:05 - Telecommunications company's maintenance of records

To assure compliance with the provisions of chapters 20:10:05 to 20:10:10, inclusive, all telecommunications companies shall maintain and make available to the commission records of past and current subscribers for a period of six years after provision of service.
