Section 20:10:01:17 - Subpoenas

Subpoenas requiring the attendance of witnesses and the production of records, books, papers, tariffs, agreements, contracts, and documents may be issued by an attorney consistent with SDCL 15-6-45(a) or any commissioner on the written request of any party in any proceeding before the commission.
