Section 20:10:01:08.02 - Complaints not in conformity

If the commission believes a complaint does not conform to this chapter, the commission shall notify the complainant or the complainant's attorney, and opportunity shall be given to amend the complaint within a time specified by the commission. If the complaint is not amended within such time, the complaint may be dismissed.
