Section 20:09:03:06 - Administrative agent appeal procedure

After receiving the written explanation, the administrative agent may appeal the action taken by the authority to the chairman of the board by submitting a written outline of the administrative agent's case to be considered at the next scheduled meeting or by submitting a written request for an opportunity to appear before the board during its next scheduled meeting. If the administrative agent wishes to appear before the board, the administrative agent will be notified in writing by the executive director of the time, date, and place of the next scheduled meeting at least five calendar days in advance of the meeting. In either case, the administrative agent shall be informed of the board's decision and the reasons therefor within ten working days after the board meeting.
