Section 20:08:07:17 - Foreign cooperatives

A foreign cooperative, that has been issued a certificate of authority by the South Dakota secretary of state and has filed the required annual reports, is entitled to the same exemptions as a domestic cooperative pursuant to SDCL 47-31B-201(8).
