Section 20:07:06:01.01 - Reduced examination fee schedule

Notwithstanding the provisions of $ 20:07:06:01 and 20:07:06:03, state-chartered banks will not be required to pay a semiannual fee for examinations for the June 2015 assessment period. This section is repealed on September 1, 2015.
