Section 20:06:53:62 - Unbiased independent review organization

An independent review organization must be unbiased. An independent review organization shall establish and maintain written procedures to ensure that it is unbiased in addition to any other procedures required pursuant to §§ 20:06:53:57 to 20:06:53:62, inclusive.
