Section 20:06:38:23 - In-force illustration - Furnished at policy owner's request

Upon the request of the policy owner, the insurer must furnish an in-force illustration of current and future benefits and values based on the insurers present illustrated scale. This illustration must comply with the requirements of §§ 20:06:38:04, 20:06:38:05, 20:06:38:07, and 20:06:38:11. No signature or other acknowledgment of receipt of this illustration may be required.
