No insurer that has a covered policy as to which §§ 20:06:30:13 to 20:06:30:20, inclusive, applies shall take any action or series of actions, or enter into any transaction or arrangement or series of transactions or arrangements if the purpose of that action, transaction or arrangement or series thereof is to avoid the requirements of §§ 20:06:30:13 to 20:06:30:20, inclusive, or to circumvent its purpose and intent.
