Section 20:06:18:05.03 - Guidelines for course renewal

A provider or sponsor must file to have course approval renewed prior to the approval expiration date. Courses submitted for renewal pursuant to this section shall use the form in 20:06:18:05:02. The fee for course renewal is $10.
