Section 20:06:09:46 - Obligation to report

If the registrant has not disclosed any information pursuant to § 20:06:09:45, a statement shall be included affirming that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, it has not identified enterprise risk subject to disclosure pursuant to § 20:06:09:45.
