Section 20:04:33:75 - Account security - Account holder responsibility

An account is for the personal use of the individual account holder only. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account number and secure personal identification code. Except where the hub licensee or its employees or agents act without good faith or fail to exercise ordinary care, the hub licensee is not responsible for any loss from an account holders account arising from the use by any other person or persons. The account holder must immediately notify the hub licensee of a breach of the accounts security.
