The hub licensee may close or refuse to open an account for what the hub licensee considers good and sufficient reason. The hub licensee shall order an account closed if information used to open an account was false or misleading or if the account has been used in violation of the provisions of this chapter or of any state or federal law. The hub licensee must inform the commission of its refusal to open or its closing of an account within seven calendar days of its action.
