Section 20:04:33:54 - Compliance with the Interstate Horse Racing Act

A multi-jurisdictional totalizator hub licensee must comply with the provisions of the Interstate Horse Racing Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 3001 to 3007 as of July 1, 2005, in the conduct of its interstate pari-mutuel wagering activity.
