Section 20:04:33:52 - Legal process and pleadings

A licensee shall deliver to the commission a copy of any process or pleading from any jurisdiction in which the licensee is a party within 30 days of being served. This requirement includes any agency or regulatory proceeding in which the licensee is a party.
