Section 20:04:33:23 - Authority to conduct background investigation

By signing and filing an application for a license subject to the perjury laws of this state, the applicant authorizes the commission to obtain information from any source, public or private, in this or any other country regarding the background or conduct of the applicant or any of its stockholders, lenders, holders of evidence of indebtedness, underwriters, executives, officers, directors, partners, agents, or employees.
