Section 20:04:33:08 - Prohibited practices

No multi-jurisdictional totalizator hub or any of its employees may:

(1) Offer or pay rebates to account holders without submitting the rebating practices in the operating plan required in § 20:04:33:26 or accept less than the full amount for the wager placed;

(2) Allow a person to wager on credit;

(3) Allow a person who is under the minimum age, as set forth in this chapter, to wager;

(4) Allow an account holder to use computer robotic betting, batch betting, or bet streaming to place wagers through the hub licensees wager processing server or through the totalizator that is providing the hub licensees totalizator service, if the cost of such wager is to be paid from an account held by the hub licensee without submitting such practices in the operating plan required in § 20:04:33:26;

(5) Allow an account to be held or be in the name of any entity other than one natural person; and

(6) Allow another person to access the account holders account, to place wagers using the funds in the account holders account, or to share an account.
