Section 20:04:32:30 - Report to commission in tournaments

Within 48 hours after the conclusion of a tournament, the licensee shall prepare a written report containing a list of each participant, winner, place taken, amount of prizes awarded, and the amount of funds retained by the licensee. The licensee shall maintain this list in the licensee's records for five years.
