Section 20:04:30:73 - Calculation of the perfecta pool for a dead heat to place

For a dead heat to place, the perfecta pool shall be calculated as a place pool and distributed to all holders of tickets showing the winner of the race as their win choice and either of the horses finishing in the dead heat as their place choice.
