Section 20:04:30:71 - Apportionment when no ticket combines the winners of a perfecta

If no ticket is sold on the winning combination of a perfecta pool, the net pool shall be distributed as a place pool between holders of tickets selecting the winning horse to finish first and holders of tickets selecting the second horse to finish second.
