Section 20:04:30:63 - Posting of payoffs before second race required

Before the running of a race comprising the last half of the daily double pool, the pari-mutuel department shall post in a prominent place easily visible from the grandstand or shall publicly announce the payoff of each combination coupled with the winner of the first half of the daily double.
