Section 20:04:30:35 - Refunds on entries

If one of the jockeys riding the entry weighs in short of weight by more than two pounds and his mount is disqualified as a consequence, no refund may be made unless the other portion of the entry is also disqualified. All money wagered on the entry so disqualified shall be deducted from the pool and shall be refunded.
