Section 20:04:30:33 - Refunds on horses coupled on the same mutuel ticket

If two or more horses in a race are coupled on the same mutuel ticket, there shall be no refunds unless all of the horses so coupled are excused before off time or all of the horses so coupled are left locked in the gate.
