Section 20:04:30:116 - Refund if no ticket requires distribution of daily triple pool

If a ticket which requires the distribution of the daily triple pool to a winner under §§ 20:04:30:110 and 20:04:30:113 is not sold, the association shall make a full refund to the daily triple pool.
