Section 20:04:29:09 - Procedure for denied license

If the denial of a license has been ordered, the executive secretary shall report the reasons to the applicant. The executive secretary shall also report the denial to the applicable association of parimutuel regulators for the applicant, giving detailed reasons why the denial was made.
