Section 20:04:28:35 - Suspended person ineligible to subscribe any horse

When a person is ruled off a course or suspended, he is not qualified, whether acting as an agent or otherwise, to subscribe for or to enter or run any horse in a race either in his own name or that of any other person until the penalty is rescinded.
