Section 20:04:27:13.10 - Individuals responsible for horse after administration of furosemide (lasix)

After furosemide (lasix) has been administered, the horse shall be in the care, custody, and control of the trainer or the trainer's designee. The trainer shall be responsible for the condition and handling of the horse at all times.
