Section 20:04:27:03 - Stewards or commission representative may require tests

The stewards or an authorized representative of the commission may require at any time that a horse be sent to the testing enclosure for the taking of the specimens of saliva, urine, or blood they direct as well as for an examination for sponging and any other examinations they direct.
