Section 20:04:25.01:10 - Horses that break through gate declared to be nonstarters

If a horse breaks through a stall door prior to the starter dispatching the field and the horse cannot be reloaded into the gate for a proper start prior to the running of the time trial, the horse shall be given a no time and the horse's entry fee may not be refunded.
