Section 20:04:25:11 - Duties of licensee exercising a horse

Upon request of an official timer, every commission licensee exercising a horse shall correctly state the distance over which the horse is to be worked and the point on the racetrack where it is intended to start the workout. He must identify the horse if requested to do so.
