Section 20:04:24:87 - Eligibility requirements of a transferred horse

If a horse is transferred with its engagements, the horse is not eligible to start in a race unless the transfer of the horse and its engagements are presented by the purchaser or trainer when requested by the racing secretary or stewards at the meeting.
