Section 20:04:24:77 - Closing of entries for sweepstakes

In the absence of notice to the contrary, entrance and declarations for sweepstakes, which close during or on the eve of a race meeting, close at the office of the racing secretary, who shall make provision therefor. Closing at all other times for sweepstakes shall be at the office of the association.
