Section 20:04:24:51 - Filing requirement for all claims on a horse

The holder of a claim, whether it be a mortgage, bill of sale, or lien of any kind against a horse, shall file the claim with the racing secretary previous to the time the horse is entered. Failure to do so shall forfeit his rights in the winnings of the horse previous to the time his claim is filed.
