Section 20:04:24:45 - Change of horse's name

If a horse's name is changed, the new name shall be registered with the Jockey Club, New York, the American Quarter Horse Association, Amarillo, Texas, the American Paint Horse Association, Fort Worth, Texas, or the Appaloosa Horse Club, Moscow, Idaho. No entry may be accepted until a new certificate of registration has been issued.
