Section 20:04:24:121 - Burden of proof of miscarriage of declaration

If the miscarriage of a declaration, by mail or otherwise, is alleged, satisfactory proof of the miscarriage is required of the complainant; otherwise, the declaration shall not be accepted as of the time alleged.
