Section 20:04:24:116 - Entry of horses on the preferred list

A claim of preference must be made at time of entry of horses on the preferred list and the claim noted on the entry blank or the preference shall be lost. No claim of error will be considered by the stewards if the person making the entry has signed the unmarked entry blank.
