Section 20:04:24:107 - Post position of a horse from the also eligible list

Thoroughbred horses which gain a position in a race from the also eligible list shall take the outside post position in the order drawn from the also eligibles. Quarter horses which gain a position in a straightaway race from the also eligible list shall take the position of the horse they replace.
