Section 20:04:22:46 - Limit on the number of an agent's jockeys, apprentices, journeymen

No jockey agent may handle at the same time more than one jockey and one apprentice, nor shall he make or assist in the making of an engagement for any rider other than those he is licensed to represent. However, a jockey agent may represent two journeymen providing the conditions justify and upon the approval of the stewards.
