Section 20:04:22:42 - Effect of losing an apprentice allowance

A licensed apprentice who loses his apprentice allowance for any reason shall obtain a jockey license before being permitted to ride again. A jockey or apprentice jockey shall continue with his jockey agent until he notifies the stewards, in writing, of the change of his agent.
