Section 20:04:21:36 - License requirement - Content

Each owner must obtain a license from the commission and must register all of the owner's horses with the racing secretary, giving the name, color, sex, age, and breeding of each horse. An owner may receive a temporary license if the owner is unable to be present at the track.
