Section 20:04:21:31 - Application for license

An authorized agent shall file an application for a license for each owner represented. A written instrument signed by the owner shall accompany the application and shall clearly set forth among the delegated powers whether or not the agent is empowered to collect money from the association. If so, the owner's signature must be notarized.
