Section 20:04:21:21 - Filing requirements - Penalties for failure to file

All the stockholders or members of a corporation which leases horses for racing purposes in South Dakota and all such corporations shall file with the commission when requested reports containing information specified by the commission. The commission may refuse or revoke a license to a lessee of such a corporation upon refusal or failure to file a report.
