Section 20:04:21:01 - Owners and trainers subject to rules

All owners and trainers of horses and their stable employees are subject to SDCL 42-7 and the rules in this article immediately upon acceptance and occupancy of stabling accommodations from, or approved by, an association or upon making entry to run on its track. The owner, trainers, and stable employees shall accept the decision of the stewards on all questions to which their authority extends, subject to the right of appeal to the commission.
